Refund Policy
We provide free race transfers within the event, as long as there is space in the race you want to transfer to. For instance, if you signed up for the 9AM half marathon and want to transfer to the 11:15AM half, as long as there is space in the 11:15AM, you can make the switch.
We also provide for free bib transfers. If you can't make the race, but have a friend that can, you can make that happen too!
This year, we have purchased RaceInsure (www.RaceInsure.com) - a race cancellation insurance policy. If the Arena Attack-Hartford must be cancelled due to a blizzard, the XL Center becomes inaccessible, etc... we would be able to refund everyone their entry fees!
Lastly, you can purchase entry fee insurance for yourself during checkout. If you are hurt, sick, or work suddenly pulls you away... the insurance would refund your individual fees. Please read the terms for the policy for exact details.
